The Fort Beluga filly, Al Cobalena, was an easy winner of the 1700m Maiden Plate run at Borrowdale on July 12, beating Thunder Fury by 3.50 lengths. Owned by Nadia Farina, Liana van Blerk and John Koumides, the three-year-old was bred by Nadia and Liana.
