The Western Winter (USA) gelding, Kingston Passage, won the 1100m Hachiman Sprint at Borrowdale Park today.

Twilight Trip, Butchie Boy and Edward The Seventh were placed.

Owned by Messrs C and R Kieswetter and Ridgemont Highlands (nominee Craig Carey), Kingston Passage was bred by Wilgersbosdrift and Mauritzfontein.

The five-year-old gelding has now won four races, he is trained by Kirk Swanson and Hennie Greyling was in the irons today.
