Messrs P D Gorringe, S P Gorringe, V Patel, D K Ward and M W Smith won three of the six races on the Borrrowdale Park card on Friday, the 20th of February 2026, including the two features.

The MWOS Ipi Tombe Stakes (L) was won by Jaeger Moon (Takawira) with Tom’s Diner only three parts of a length behind him in the 1600m event. Their runner Ultra Pursuit (S’Mango Khumalo) won the Zimbabwe Guineas (Gr3), and before that these owners had also collected the 1700m Pinnacle Plate 85 with King’s Crown – Khumalo again. The winners were trained by Debra Swanson.
