The Mashonaland Turf Club has advised that the 29 January 2017 Borrowdale Park meeting has been abandoned due to unsafe going, caused by persistent rain for the past two weeks.
Horses are unfit, training having been severely hampered by the rains and the MTC failed to obtain the required number of starters at declaration stage.
The 5th of February 2017 Meeting will go ahead as per programme.
