The connections of Ideal View were in fine form on Saturday when their Global View gelding won the prestigious 2000m Castle Tankard (GR1) at Borrowdale Park, beating stable companions, Dindingwe and Down To Business, to the wire.

The happy owners are Messrs C J Smith, P D Gorringe, S P Gorringe, V Patel, D K Ward, G Carter& M W Smith. Debra Swanson was the successful trainer and Nathan Klink was in the irons. Ideal View was bred by Riyo Stud.
